Eliot O’Brien

In 1998 with his wife Nedra, Eliot wanted to reach the Four Corners with the message of Christ and began Open Rivers Ministry, Inc. Nedra later became ill, and was taken to be with the Lord. Eliot, continued ministry with a vision to open a HOUSE OF PRAYER, and on January 11, 2010, “City of Refuge, House of Prayer” was opened. On August 20, 2011- Eliot passed on to be with his Lord.”
